hot dog redefined

Page history last edited by Anonymous 2 yrs ago

HOT DOG: a fully-cooked, cured, and sometimes smoked sausage of even texture and flavor delivered in a split roll, usually eaten with mustard, sauerkraut, or relish...its contents often include turkey or chicken or vegetarian meat substitutes (health friendly) or beef (Kosher) or pork (traditional)...hot dogs are made by stuffing these processed, chopped meat products into a casing, which is cooked, removed from the casing, and then placed in the final package...alas, it arrives at your home, where it is up to you to prepare it in the microwave, on the grill, or in a pot on the stove...in fact, you can even eat it straight from the package since it is already cooked.”
