The day started out like any other day on March 6, 2006. “It’s too early,” I exclaim as the alarm goes off on my clock at 6:45 AM… I really hate waking up so early. The best feeling in the morning is after the alarm clock wakes you up and then you put your head on the pillow and fall back asleep. I remember one time that I feel asleep for too long… I had a job interview at 10:30 AM. I set my alarm clock for 9:00 AM. When the time came, I turned it off and fell back asleep….and woke up at 10:15 AM. “HOLY SHIT!” I yelled after reading the face of my alarm clock. I had 15 minutes (and counting) to get there! After arriving at the interview 15 minutes late, it was necessary to formulate a plausible excuse. “I had a flat tire when I woke up at 8:30 AM…you see…normally I could change the tire on my own but my spare was missing…apparently it has been stolen…anyways by the time the tow truck took my car and I to Tire Kingdom, it was 9:45…and as soon as they were done….I had 15 minutes to get here….hence why I am late,” I said as I lied through my teeth to the interviewer. “Well I am glad you were able to make it in a reasonable amount of time,” the kind lady said. Needless to say, I got the job…so sleeping in is not always so bad. Anyway…moving along…later that day I was on my way to work when I remembered that my girlfriend and I are gong to the cold Play concert tonight. Lets speed this up to the night. I went and picked her up at about 5:00 pm we headed out to International mall for dinner. we were having a great time and enjoying each other. At about 6:45 we headed over to the amphitheater. I think I Forgot to say that I don’t even like cold play and what you are about to here makes me dislike them even more. The concert was great so my girlfriend said, I actually thought it was a little better than I had expected. When the concert had finished, we made our way to the exit as soon as possible. The lead singer of Cold play walked by and I told him that I think his band and his music sucks. This led to a yelling match between the two of us. As things escalated, the singer shoved me, and I flew back into an exposed utility pipe. Luckily, the Tampa Police were in the area and witnessed the drama. One officer helped me up, one officer handcuffed the lead singer, and one officer called the ambulance. “Have fun in jail…my lawyers will be contacting yours,” I joyfully yelled at the musician. After exchanging information, we were finally able to leave the venue. We were driving my Nissan Xtera 2002. I had noticed that 275 was backed up so I went a different route, I attempted to take Hillsborough all the way home. Only we never made it home that night....
