Ted, I did some research for further information on the Darfur situation using the del.icio.us / search. I first searched for "Darfur" to see what comes up. The very first link appealed to me. It is a website produced by MTVu that explains the Darfur situation, called "Darfur is Dying." This may be useful for meeting the criteria of "#3 idiom" in the proposal: "We hope that everyone who picks this zine up will read it but our primary audience we be high school and college students." This MTV medium may be useful in reaching and appealing to high school and college students. I tagged it with "Darfur MTV our generation."

The next website I saved and tagged is called Darfur: A Genocide We Can Stop. I found this site by searching for "darfur genocide" with the delicious search. This site can be useful in fulfilling part 1 of our proposal (idea/purpose): "To inform as well as call to action the readers about the genocide taking place in Darfur. Also bring to light the governments involvement in the situation (or lack there of); we do not aim to overthrow the government but we realize some sacrifices must be made." This website has several "Calls to action," including reports, photographs, and other accounts of genocide in Darfur. I tagged this website with "Darfur call to action."

Save Darfur Org. This website can be of use for #4 Rhetorical in the proposal: "We will be building off of the current information and comments on this topic but will spend a great deal of time conducting investigations and research into key parties role in the situation. Interviews of people who have been there as well as from victims (this may be difficult but we will try and at the very least publish existing interviews). Also images will be dispersed throughout the zine." This website discusses the key players in the Darfur situation, in addition to discussing ways that people can help alleviate the situation. I am tagging this site with "darfur key players and more information."

so how come we haven't stopped it This article from the Washington Post discusses the United States effort (or lack of) in ending the Darfur crisis. I tagged it as "united states darfur assistance."

Good work, Robert, keep it up. I think spacing out these important links, on a wiki page, will open up space for writing "between the links." Keep tuning to Ted's proposal, yes.
