1-Narrative transformation: Did the write take his diamond in the rough to a sparkling gem or was it left to gather dust. This includes grammar, flow of narrative, and improvements made to help the flow of the narrative.

I WAS in class the day we did a review of Afram’s narrative. It was very helpful for Afram to volunteer his narrative for our class to review and analyze. Seeing his work and the in-class review gave me a better understanding of what needed to be done for this assignment. I would not call his first draft a “diamond in the rough,” but rather a prelude for better things to come. His first narrative was like mine…short, simple, and to the point. After reviewing his final version, I must say that his narrative has exponentially improved. The narrative is now more descriptive and lively, and the flow is great.

2- Participation in Remixes of others: Did the writer fulfill the requirements of remixing three other students work.

Yes, he remixed Regina, John S., and Austin.

3- Originality of Work: Was the writer’s work original that had flavor and kept the reader engaged.

Yes. This is a very creative story that looks at aspirations, impressions, and influence.

4-Final Portfolio Package: this can be the cover sheet, but a place where all work during narrative assignment can be viewed.

Afram’s portfolio meets all of the requirements.

GRADE: 20/20 (do not see any areas for improvement or any lack of effort…so 100%)
