I chose the E-Zine because I have waited till the last minute to do this assignment. I am never one to tell a lie. Though the purposes of my attending the zine were not that of the desired kind, I still fell in love withi it. E-Zine is a very happy-go-lucky kind of zine that wants you to feel happy when you're done. Major media kinda has an opposite effect. E-zine fills your head with "trivial news" that talks about happinen stuff in a light hearted fashion. The drawing are also top-notch light hearted. The page of jokes is good and the creative energy needed to sustain such a happy-go-lucky air. The stories section seems out of place somehow. It feels like the stories arn't as fun ast the rest, though still relavent. It is almost as if, though they try their hardest to create a positive air, there is always going to be a little bit of seriousness to it. If the latter wasn't there, then it would have no usefulness and in the times we live, there is no time to waste with anything that isn't useful. So all in all, I'm going to keep this one bookmarked and check in every once in a while.
